The Everlast Martial Arts Fitness Set has a heavy bag which is is geared for boxing as well as a wide variety of martial arts. This Martial Arts Fitness Set features a sturdy everhide exterior shell surrounding layers of high-density impact absorbing foam padding. This bag can be attached at both the top and bottom which helps to reduce bag sway. This Martial Arts Fitness Set includes bag gloves, hand wraps and a jump rope along with a heavy bag available in your choice 40 or 60 pound weights. Also included with this set are floor and ceiling mounts and a tie-down cable with an S hook.
